Let us follow the traces of SEFARAD, Jewish Spain, with highly personalized, custom tours.

The distance between Málaga and Seville is about 200 km. Once in Seville, the endearing capital of Andalusia, we will visit the historic city center with its Alcázar, the Cathedral and the Archive of the Indies (from outside).

Then we will enter to the Santa Cruz neighbourhood, former Jewish quarter, where we will walk through the network of narrow streets to the Interpretation Center of Jewish Quarter of Seville, a pictoresque museum with artifacts and everyday objects, which tells us the history of the Jewish community en Seville. We will also visit the church of Santa María la Blanca (13th century), one of the ancient synagogues.

For understanding the history of the Jews in Seville the visit of ancient Castle of St George  is essential. This medieval fortification, used as the headquarters and prison of the Spanish Inquisition, explains the religious, social and cultural oppression exercised by the Inquisition Court, established in Seville by the Catholic Monarchs.
